I had never heard of Lynda.com before I started at Full Sail. What a great way to learn how to use new programs. I wish I had imovie ’11 training at the beginning of the program (month1 or 2). My previous experience with imovie was trial and error. If it did not work the first time then start over was my philosophy.
I am a visual learner and the visuals with short clips were prefect. The way each sections is short and to the point helped keep my attention. The deliveries of the lessons were great. The lessons with the option for you to try each step as you follow along were a learning tool.
The most interesting part of the training was learning the tools. I had sampled with the tool icons before the training but the training explained their purpose in a way that makes them seem easy. I have enjoyed the training I have completed to this point.
